1/2 chicken breast, rubbed in onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, fried with pam. Baked zucchini tossed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and thyme. Steamed broccoli . All drizzled with a garlic balsamic vinegar glaze. I literally just went through whatever I had on hand and tossed it together.
